Smart convert
On this page
Minting is always 1 LISTA → 1 mLISTA. When mLISTA trades below 1 LISTA on PancakeSwap, buying it there gives you more mLISTA per LISTA. The smart convertor splits your LISTA between the two routes in one transaction.

How the split is chosen#
For your amount, the Magpie backend models the LISTA/mLISTA pool and finds how much LISTA can be spent buying mLISTA before its price reaches 1:1. That becomes the convert ratio, the share minted 1:1:
minted = amount × ratio / 10,000
bought = amount − minted (swapped on PancakeSwap)
min received = estimate × (1 − slippage) → reverts below this
What the panel shows#
- ≈ X mLISTA (+Y%): the minimum you will receive after slippage, and how much more that is than a plain 1:1 mint.
- Slippage (gear icon): default 5%, presets 1 / 3 / 5%.
- The estimate values the DEX leg at the pool’s current price; the real swap also pays the pool’s fee and moves the price.

Example · 1,000 LISTA, pool at 0.80 LISTA per mLISTA, ratio 5,000 (illustrative)
- Minted 1:1
- 500 LISTA → 500 mLISTA
- Bought on PancakeSwap (estimate)
- 500 LISTA / 0.80 = 625 mLISTA
- Estimate
- 1,125 mLISTA
- Minimum at 5% slippage
- 1,125 × 0.95 = 1,068.75
- Panel shows
- ≈ 1,068.75 mLISTA (+6.9%)
Convert reverted?
In a thin pool, the DEX leg’s fee and price impact can push the result below your minimum and the convert reverts. Convert a smaller amount or raise the slippage setting and try again.
