Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This policy explains how the Listapie Lend interface (the “Interface”) handles information. The Interface is a non-custodial front-end; we aim to collect as little as possible.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or store names, emails, or other personal identifiers, and we never have access to your private keys or funds. We do not create accounts.
Information involved in using the Interface
When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address and the on-chain transactions you make are visible to the Interface — as they are to anyone, since blockchain data is public. Your address is used only to display your positions and to construct transactions you sign.
Third-party services
The Interface relies on third parties to function, and your requests to them may expose data such as your IP address and wallet address per their own policies. These include blockchain RPC providers, price data providers, the Lista API, wallet-connection providers, and our hosting and analytics infrastructure. We do not sell your data.
Cookies & local storage
The Interface uses browser local storage for basic preferences (such as your theme and wallet connection state). These stay in your browser.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where applicable.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Interface after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
