These Terms govern your access to and use of the Listapie Lend interface (the “Interface”). By using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

1. The Interface is non-custodial

The Interface is a front-end that helps you interact with public smart contracts on BNB Chain, including Lista’s lending contracts. We never take custody of your funds or private keys. All transactions are initiated and signed by you from your own wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and the transactions you authorize.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Rates, APYs, boost figures, and emissions shown are variable, sourced from third parties, and not guaranteed. You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction.

3. Risks

Using decentralized finance involves significant risk, including smart-contract vulnerabilities, liquidation of collateralized positions, oracle failures, loss of funds, and volatility of digital assets and emission rewards. The Interface depends on third-party protocols and infrastructure (including Lista, RPC providers, and price feeds) that may fail or change. You use the Interface at your own risk and only with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility & compliance

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Interface in your jurisdiction and that you are not subject to sanctions or otherwise prohibited from using it. You agree not to use the Interface for unlawful activity.

5. No warranty

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of the Interface will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Interface.

7. Governing law & disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Interface, are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Interface after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
