Fixed-term markets
On this page
Fixed-term markets lend through a Lista broker for a set duration at a fixed APR, instead of the variable rate of an open market. On Borrow, set the Term filter to Fixed to list them. Pick a term in the panel; the loan goes to your wallet (as native BNB for WBNB loans).

Interest and the early-repay fee#
interest = principal × APR × days elapsed / 365 (simple, stops at maturity)
penalty = principal repaid × APR × days left / 365 × ½ (0 after maturity)
payoff = principal + interest + penalty
Repaying early costs half the interest the remaining days would have earned. The panel quotes the live Payoff now and the Early-repay penalty before you confirm; repayment is in full.
Example · 10,000 USD1, 30-day term at 1.91% APR, repaid on day 10
- Interest (10 days)
- 10,000 × 1.91% × 10/365 = 5.23
- Penalty (20 days left, ½)
- 10,000 × 1.91% × 20/365 × ½ = 5.23
- Principal
- 10,000.00
- Payoff on day 10
- 10,010.47 USD1
Example · Same loan held to maturity
- Interest (30 days)
- 15.70
- Penalty
- 0
- Payoff
- 10,015.70 USD1
At maturity#
Lista’s keeper automatically rolls a fixed loan into a fresh term of the same length. To change the term or exit, repay under Repay / Withdraw and open a new position.
Fixed-term positions have no “Borrowable now” or health-factor preview in the panel, but they are still liquidatable like any Moolah position; keep collateral well above the limit.
